A Human Resources Manager (HRM) is an intermediary between employees and management to ensure that their joint working relationships will create a positive working environment that leads to increasing productivity thus enabling the organization to achieve its strategic objectives.

The HRM Manager develops and implements employment policies and initiatives that promotes motivation, provides training and upskilling programs, managing talents and providing opportunities to employees to achieve their personal goals and advancement within the organization.

Learning Objectives

At the end of the course the student will:

Programme

We offer the 3rd and Final year of our Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Managment online. This is a Level 6 qualification of the French and European Qualification Framework and is French State recognized.

We invite graduates that have achieved Levels 4 and 5 qualifications and are therefore eligible to join this Level 6 BBA degree program.

Graduates of the UK Ofqual approved Level 5 Diplomas (ATHE, ABE, NCC, OHTM Qualifi, Eduqual) are invited to join us for this exciting online Top Up BBA Degree in Human Resources Managment which will of about 12 to 15 months duration.
